Watering

There are many factors that influence the amount of water needed by each plant. All plants are checked regularly to ensure correct watering. Many of our plants have the added benefit of sub-irrigation systems which assist our technicians in maintaining proper moisture levels.

Fertilizing

Too much plant growth can lead to undesirable results so our technicians apply just the right amount of fertilizers to keep them fresh and healthy. Our chemicals are non-toxic so you can rest assured that your work environment will stay healthy too.

Pruning & Trimming

Insect & Disease Control

Foliage plants are fair game to a wide variety of insect and disease problems that can be hard to detect. Our Horticultural Technicians are trained to recognize the early signs of these problems during their weekly visits and promptly take safe corrective actions.

Cleaning

Our technicians will periodically clean the leaves on your plants so they will always look their best, absorb the available light, resist insect problems, and stay healthy. They will also remove any debris in containers during their weekly visits.

Timely Replacements

As part of our comprehensive care for the plants and your investment, we provide prompt replacements for any unacceptable plants. Our goal is aesthetic continuity; our plantings will maintain a uniform, attractive appearance.

Here’s How It Works

Every client’s journey is different – but it’s good to have an idea of what you’re signing up for. Below is an example of our typical process, starting with the moment we first make contact.

Consultation

We like to start by getting to know you and your space. Our Account Executive, McKenzie, will visit your site and get to know the locations you want to focus on, the natural lighting in each space, and your overall design intent.

Proposal

Next, we’ll put together a few visual proposals for each space with different planter and plant options to give a scale for budget and design.

Quote

After you’ve decided what plants and planters you want to go with, McKenzie can curate a personalized quote for one time upfront purchases and monthly service cost options.

Installation

Once you’ve approved the project and signed the service agreement/paid the invoice, you should see your new plants installed in 2-3 weeks!

Maintenance

Don’t worry – once we’ve got your plants installed, one of our highly skilled technicians will come by once a week to maintain your plants and keep them looking as healthy and vibrant as the day you got them!

Maintenance Plans

All maintenance plans start at a minimum of $100/month with cost added based on the expense of the plant, the time needed to take care of it and travel time.
